Indicados ao Eisner 2024 são anunciados, cinco brasileiros estão na lista

Os indicados às 32 categorias do Eisner Awards 2024 foram anunciados na tarde desta quinta-feira (16). De acordo com dados da organização são mais de 150 títulos impressos e online de mais de 60 editoras, todos publicados nos EUA ao longo do ano passado. As editoras mais indicadas foram Image e DC, seguidas por Fantagraphics e First Second. O Brasil está representado por Phellip Willian e Melissa Garabeli, com “Missing You” (originalmente “Saudade”), pelos desenhistas Leonardo Romero, com “Birds Of Prey”, e Guilherme Grandizolli, com “The Lady of the Lake”, além de Danilo Beyruth, na antologia “Deep Cuts”.

Há outros brasileiros que trabalharam em projetos indicados, mas que não foram listados no Eisner. A premiação costuma creditar apenas alguns dos profissionais. É o caso do colorista Felipe Sobreiro, de “Local Man”, indicada a Melhor Nova Série, o tradutor Fabio Ramos e o letrista Deyvison Manes, de “Missing You”.

A cerimônia de premiação acontece no dia 26 de julho, durante a programação da San Diego Comic Con.
